Updated libfm packages fix mime types

Description

The updated package allows all the types of archive handled by Xarchiver
to be seen as archives, which allows a user, in pcmanfm, to right-click on
a ".tar.xz" archive, for example, and to have access to "Extract to" and
"Extract here" options in place of "Compress" option.
