Updated spamassassin packages fixes compatibility with perl Net::DNS module

Description

The spamassassin package has been updated to version 3.4.1 to fix an
incompatibility with the perl Net::DNS module.

The perl-Net-DNS package has also been updated to version 0.83 to fix some
bugs which affect its usage with spamassassin.
