Updated supertux packages provide the new stable release

Description

10 years after the release of Milestone 1 (0.1.3), the SuperTux team finally
announced the stable version of Milestone 2 (0.4.0). The version packaged in
Mageia 5 was an intermediate "work-in-progress" release (0.3.4), so we now
provide upstream's stable release for an overall better gaming experience.
