Updated python-mageiasync package fixes issue with empty local directory

Description

If the directory selected from the Remote pane did not already exist in the Local
directory, MageiaSync would not create it in said panel when the "Do Sync" button
is pressed.

To address this issue, an entry is created for non existing local images when
syncing them. MageiaSync was also now switched to Python 3.
