Description

Updated qgis package fix the follow error:
ERROR 4: Unable to open EPSG support file gcs.csv.
Try setting the GDAL_DATA environment variable to point to the
directory containing EPSG csv files.

Additionally, the desktop file on Mageia 5 has been fixed so that the icon
will be shown in more desktops, such as LxQt.
