Updated steam package fixes various non-critical issues

Description

The Steam client before 1.0.0.50 could cause a crash of the AMD graphics
driver due to missing libXinerama and libXext in Steam's bootstrap
runtime. This update fixes it by providing those libraries in the
bootstrap runtime.

Moreover, the dependency management tool "steamdeps" is written for Debian
and its derivatives, and has been known to cause some inconveniences on
Mageia if packages such as dpkg are installed on the system (mga#9407).
The steamdeps script has been renamed to silence those non-critical
inconveniences.
