Updated wireshark packages adds alternative GTK+3 interface

Description

This update adds the Wireshark GTK+3 interface in a wireshark-gtk subpackage,
as an alternative to the default Qt5 GUI, which is feature-incomplete in the
Wireshark 1.12 branch.  This is a temporary measure until it reaches feature
completion in Wireshark 2.0.
