Updated libreoffice packages fix libreoffice-sdk not being installable

Description

This update fixes libreoffice-sdk not being installable (mga#15354).

It also fixes 2 small issues:
- fix a crash opening Draw (rhbz#1123710)
- clear hard coded char props in cells (rhbz#1193971)
