Updated qt4 packages fix libreoffice integration and printer duplex settings

Description

Updated Qt 4 packages in Mageia 4 add some patches, mainly to keep the KDE 
integration in LibreOffice 4.3.6.1. LibreOffice 4.3.6.1 should use the KDE 
file dialogs when libreoffice-kde is installed.

The updated packages should also fix default printer settings in print 
dialog, eg. default duplex setting in KDE4/Qt4 should follow the default 
setting for the printer.
