Updated qt-creator packages fix missing dependencies and documentation

Description

This update addresses the following issues:

1. Clicking on "Help" in left sidepanel in Qt Creator would only show
an error message reporting that the documentation could not be found.

The update adds the documentation via a suggested qt-creator-doc
subpackage, which makes the help/documentation available when installed.


2. The "Welcome" page would not display, and several error messages
would be shown in terminal related to missing QtQuick modules.

The qtdeclarative5 and qtquickcontrols5 packages have been added as
dependencies, since they are required to display the welcome page
which is written in QML.
