Updated audacity package fixes missing codec support

Description

The Audacity packages in Mageia 4 were not built against FFMPEG
libraries, disabling support for import of files with sound in WMA
or AAC (MPEG 4 Audio) format. This has been fixed by linking the
program directly against those libraries.

Audacity has also been updated to version 2.0.6, providing bug
fixes and improvements.
