Updated oxygen-gtk package fixes dropbox crash with oxygen icons

Description

The proprietary Dropbox client was crashing on Mageia 4 when using
the default Oxygen icon theme for GTK+ applications.

This new oxygen-gtk package provides a fix for this issue.
