Updated system-config-printer packages fix network printer discovery

Description

This update corrects a bug where Mageia 4 was unable to print to network
printers hosted on a Mageia 3 server.

The output from nmap had changed, which is used by system-config-printer.
This caused the Mageia specific code to be broken when discovering network
printers.
