Updated gcompris package fixes various bugs

Description

Updated gcompris packages fix translations and some bugs :
 - Added missing timer images (the balloon) in the multiplication table activity
 - Mageia gcompris package did not update gdk pixbuf cache #13585

This new release also brings some new features, see the changelog.
