Updated avidemux-plugins packages fix missing encoders

Description

Some users have reported that avidemux was missing the x264 video encoder,
which is a packaging regression since it was available in Mageia 3.
The plugin is actually available but had not been built by a lack of
a devel package dependency.

To fix this issue, avidemux-plugins has been rebuilt with the x264-devel
dependency to enable the x264 encoder plugin.
Note that this concerns only the version from the Tainted repository.

We have also added another available audio encoder plugin for dcaenc
and an other audio decoder plugin for dca (Tainted package only).
