Updated fglc package fixes missing dependencies

Description

Two requirements have been added to the fglc package to resolve the bug
reported by Bit Twister.

Those missing packages were causing the ERROR #2.

This update does not introduce any new features; fglc is no longer
developed in favour of yaflight thus it has been dropped from cauldron
(future mga5).
