Updated gparted package fixes privilege elevation dialog

Description

Privilege elevation dialogs in Mageia 4 were generally converted to policy
kit, however gparted was missed and was still using the (now legacy)
usermode-consolehelper. Although this framework still works, no other
packages pulled in the needed dependencies to have a GUI-based dialog pop
up. This update converts gparted to use polkit for authorisation dialogs.
