Updated mate-session-manager package fixes untranslated file

Description
Currently register.desktop file is displayed by default on all desktops
and is provided by desktop-common-data with full translations support
through our i18n team work.
mate-session-manager package was providing another register.desktop
file which had no translations at all instead of using
desktop-common-data package one. This update removes register.desktop
file from the package and makes it use default one.
