Updated mate-file-archiver package fixes various bugs

Description

- shared-mime-info uses application/x-archive instead of x-ar for *.ar
  archives. This update adds support for application/x-archive
- fixed error when creating zip archives with files starting with a hyphen
- fixed error when opening a rpm.
