Updated atomix package fixes translations and the close button in the help

Description

Translations are missing from the atomix package. This update adds them.

 The "Close" button in the Help::About dialog window did not work (mga#12590).
 This update adds a patch to fix this issue.

 The URL has been fixed in the spec file.
