Updated mercurial-server packages fix failure to install properly

Description

mercurial-server packages would not install correctly, there were problems
with user creation and file ownership.

The updated packages correct these issues and allow proper installation of
mercurial-server, however the update is unable to do so automatically.

Please remove any broken mercurial-server packages previously installed
before installing the updated package.
