Updated urpmi package revert previous update fix

Description

This update of urpmi revert the fix in previous update.
The previous update intended to fix a bug where extra tainted and/or
nonfree media (Backports*, Updates Testing) would be wrongly enabled
if tainted and/or nonfree packages would be installed (bug mga#10254).

The real issue was not in urpmi but in package media definition which
has been fixed (bug mga#10335)
