Updated warzone2100 packages fix online compatibility

Description

This update provides the latest version 4.2.1 of the Warzone 2100 game,
including bug fixes, new features, and compatibility with current online
servers.

The update also adds support for the Vulkan graphics API, in addition to
the existing OpenGL 3.3 support.

since Mageia 8's previous version 3.4.1.
