Updated qtbase5 packages fix some bugs

Description

The Updated qtbase5 packages fix:

- a bug in the way how shell scripts are parsed/sourced by some startup
binaries (e.g. startplasma-x11) (see mga#27362).

- a bug in QGraphicsItem that can result in a crash if click right button of
mouse (mga#28824) on some text box, fixed by providing an upstream patch
QTBUG-88309.
