Updated inkscape package fixes gcodetools.py issue

Description

This update added an upstream patch to update gcodetools.py to fix a bug with
area creation where a conversion to string no longer worked in Inkscape 1.0
and changed an indentation so that the 'd' parameter is correctly exported for
dynamic offsets.
