Updated lxpanel lxterminal pcmanfm and libfm packages to new version

Description

The updated packages provide the latest stable release of libfm, pcmanfm,
lxpanel and lxterminal.
Compared to the latest git snapshots we already provide, 3 of them just contain
updates of copyright but libfm also contains a fix for a memory leak.
