Updated isodumper packages fix bugs.

Description
The isodumper program crashed when making the persistence partition on slow
USB devices.
The isodumper-1.28-1.mga7 packages fixes that by adding a step of waiting for
the partition table to be known by the kernel when creating the persistence
partition. Now, it also uses udisk2 to unmount partitions.
We added other checks to avoid race conditions to detect other instance of
isodumper to be launched.
Also, several translations have been added.
