Updated task-lxde packages fix a packaging issue

Description

lxpolkit should be a dependency of task-lxde-minimal rather than task-lxde
otherwise, when installing only task-lxde-minimal, a polkit agent is missing
to be able to launch Mageia Control Centre, for instance.
