Updated meteo-qt packages fix failing to fetch weather data

Description

Meteo-qt shows the weather status and places an icon on the system tray.
The data provider is http://openweathermap.org.
After the different evolutions of the providers API, meteo-qt fails to
fetch the data. After execution, the icon is placed on the system tray
and is searching for data without success. This update solves that.
