Updated spamassassin package fixes inactive update channel errors

Description

sa-update.cron gives the following error if the update channel is
inactive:-
"channel: could not find working mirror, channel failed
(timestamp]: SpamAssassin: Unknown error code 3 from sa-update"
This update fixes the problem.
