Updated sddm package fixes post login failure issues

Description

This update fixes usability issues described in mga#19988.
* an incorrect password is not blanked causing the user to have to
backspace.
* the password error message is in a small font and difficult to see.
Note that these fixes apply to the default mga-coffee theme bundled
with sddm. If sddm has been changed to use another theme the changes
(and even the original problem) may not apply.
