Updated vlc packages provide stable release 3.0.2

Description

Mageia 6 included a development snapshot of VLC leading up to the 3.0.0
release.  Version 3.0.0 of VLC has now been officially released and the
stable version is being provided, which includes many bug fixes.  See the
upstream release announcement and change log for details.
