Updated lensfun packages updates camera & lens databases

Description

The lensfun lens and camera database, used by rawtherapee and darktable,
has not been updated since 2015. Updated the database files from
upstream sources using the correct version 1 files. Fixed the building
of the python module necessary for database updates to work in the
future.
