Updated thunderbird packages fixes gmail and enigmail bugs

Description

This release primarily fixes a problem with Gmail (folders not showing,
repeated email download, etc.) introduced in version 52.2.0. In addition,
enigmail was updated to 1.9.7 to resolve a problem with Thunderbird 52.
