Updated libfm packages adds context menu support for .src.rpm files

Description

The updated package allows ".src.rpm" files to be seen as archives, which allows 
a user, in pcmanfm, to right-click on such a file and to have access to "Extract 
to" and "Extract here" options in place of "Compress" option.
