Updated guvcview packages fix segmentation fault on start

Description

guvcview as shipped in Mageia 5 Core Release was segfaulting upon start.

It has been upgraded to a more recent upstream version which fixes this
major issue among other things, while also providing many other bug fixes
and new features.
