Updated dkms-sysdig and jsoncpp packages fixes compiling

Description

With kernel >= 3.19 the sysdig-probe kernel module could not be built.
This update fixes this by updating sysdig to 0.2.0., and updating jsoncpp
to 1.6.5-1.
