Updated lightdm packages provide new supported branch

Description

Since July 2015 LightDM 1.12 is no longer supported according to upstream
and will receive no more updates. Upstream encourages everyone to update
to LightDM 1.14. This update brings LightDM to the latest release in 1.14
series.
