Updated calibre package corrects PDF to MOBI conversion

Description

This update of calibre adds 'python-cssselect' as a require. Without this
require, PDF file conversion to MOBI file can't work (mga #10180).
Moreover, this new version of calibre 0.9.36 adds support for a lot of new
reader devices (and/or firmware updates) and also fixed a lot of known bugs.
